Beds don't have much space. About 20-30 minutes walking distance from the beach.

Great Hostel. Not too big. Nice Vibe. Actually good to communicate with other travellers - not sure why, but this somehow works here.

all brand new, nice comfortable bed with plug and reading lamp, great cozy lounge and eating table, nice staff, well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor seating areas with small garden, free bus shuttle to city centre is nearby (12mins), airport is 20mins walk, quiet residential area around, supermarket 10mins walk.

The beds are a little bit noisy even if you move just a bit and I think it’s a little bit pricey for what it offers. Also the staff it’s not so friendly (but they’re not rude) and they’re not always around, so be sure you ask everything you might need when you see them.

The place is clean and you have everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Also the place is just 15 minutes walk to the centre ville and 20 to the beach. I also liked that the beds have their own curtains and you can use lockers (just bring your own lock).

Uncomfortable size (height) inside the bed area. It's almost impossible to sit there. With my back it was almost inbearable.

Perfect position close to the airport. Just a 10 minute walk for me. In a very quiet location. I had an excellent night's sleep even though the person in the bunk next to me had the smelliest feet in Christendom ! I would definitely consider staying again when I'm next in Biarritz

The signalling for the hostel for walkers could definitely have been better for someone walking from the station. There was a high chance of missing the right one and going to a surfers' hostel nearby. It was hard to find and when I found it, no staff were there. When I phoned, the person on the other end was friendly and gave directions how to let myself in. The location is far away from shops or pubs when you are alone in the evening and hungry.

I enjoyed the curtains and lights in each bunk. Also, the other guests were friendly and relaxed. I could prepare a snack and tea for myself in the evening in the kitchen of the property.

Quite far away from the city centre/beach/station. Quite pricey considering there is only one mixed bedroom with 15 beds.

The hostel is very cosy and has been designed lovingly. There's a free bus to the city centre from just a minute away, but walking works just fine as well. Leaving luggage after checking out was no problem, thanks for that! :)

This hostel is very expensive for a place way far from the city center. The dormitory had at least 15 beds, 3 beds per bunk in which I felt it was also a bit dangerous. Excess of humidity in the dormitory due to the number of beds, people breeding + rainy day outside. Claustrophobic. One night here is more than enough taking in account the conditions in the dorm.

Open and social area are very nice decorated and pleasent to stay .

It was hard to.find . The surfers hostel nearby has much better signposting , and they said they keep having to turn people away and explain where Utopy is...

Despite having little fans in each bed and one large fan in the room, the dorm room was incredibly hot overnight. There was no air conditioning, nor a window between the outside and the dorm, thus on a 38 degree day, with 16 people sleeping in the one room, we found it very uncomfortable.

The facilities were clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the wifi was strong. The location was great, and the hostel was quiet at night.

Since there was no AC in the dorm it was extremely hot to sleep but also it was over 40 degrees outside. Usually it should be fine because there are other ways of cooling the room

The staff was very friendly and the place was super comfortable and chill. They offered everything we needed and we had a nice stay there :)
