77 strairs to get to the room but that's to be expected. worth every steps for the view!

The view was absolutely perfect and mesmerising! It was the perfect stay. I had one of the "upper" room and it gave me the perfect view of both the sea and the caldera views. The room was comfortable and spacious and the location is also perfect! 100/10 would recommend!

The property is gorgeous. Our room was very simple and absolutely perfect for our family of four. Comfortable beds! Having breakfast outside at our little table, overlooking the sea was wonderful. Everything was clean!

The breakfast - very basic considering the location and it let down the experience - also the porter who Carrie the bags always seemed moody

First of all, I would single out a location that is 10/10. View at Oia and the sea is something magical. We enjoyed every moment. Breakfast served every morning on the terrace made our vacation even more beautiful. Clean rooms every day 10/10. We will come again for sure. All recommendations for Armeni Village . The steep stairs! But that’s what you get for having such an exceptional location, so definitely not a negative.

The staff were exceptional. Every single one of them from the wonderful gentleman on reception to the cleaning staff and the guys that brought breakfast were friendly, welcoming and made the stay amazing.

Perhaps a regular shuttle to the beach would be helpful.

Property is in fantastic location very central and close to everything ie bus station, supermarket etc. Staff at property were outstanding, really helpful and professional. All enquiries were dealt with very satisfactorily. On our last day we were able to leave out bags at property as we had a late flight and they assisted with all requests. Would return to property.

Shower did not have a curtain or door causing water to splash on floor and toilet area. Water pressure to shower was low, but otherwise comfortable stay.

Views of the Caldera from the room were amazing and breakfast was delivered to the room daily. Location was very convenient right off the main walkway from shops and restaurants in Oia! Host and staff were friendly and accommodating.

Location. Location. Location. Not too difficult to get to and find as some other places my friends stayed at. Just some steps up from your place (not so many as cannot handle) and you find yourself the heart of the promenade with the shops, stores, and views. Easy access from Uber drop off. Send someone to find it, and they will come help you with luggage. More about location--You have your own AWESOME view too with a private terrace just out your door that overlooks the water and side views to the white-building on the slopes. And enjoy your delivered, included breakfast sitting privately at a table on that terrace. As a couple we booked the "family room" and it gave us two rooms--living room and bedroom. Real shower--need I say more. It did not get 10 rating as not 5-star, but you get a lot for a good price as Oia goes. I liked it. The view from your terrace could be considered 5-star.

Personally I think it’s the best location in Oia. Beautiful view, pools, wonderful and helpful staff, in the centre but also thanks to stairs in a peaceful location ;) we had „only” 72 stairs to our room but it was totally worth it!!! One of the best places we’ve ever been to! Perfect place for a 10year anniversary, felt better than even on our honeymoon! Totally recommend it ;)

Beautiful view! Our own pool shared with just a few rooms. Very Clean! Biggest plus was the wonderful staff!! Adit, in reception was so cheery and helpful. He found a wonderful driver to take us to vineyards and the ruins. The gentleman who carried our luggage up & down- what a godsend! And all so friendly! I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Junior Suite 7 did not match the comfort or size of the other Suites we had booked.

Breakfast on the terrace was a nice touch. Definitely lots of steps but that is Santorini. Junior Suite 8 was lovely. The pools are small but a great way to cool down.

Location was amazing, rooms were nice and with everything we needed. Breakfast was good. But by far the best was the hospitality of the employees. Katerina was excellent and went above and beyond to make us feel taken care off as well as organizing yours for us and recommendations on restaurants and places to shop. We will definitely return

It was so beautiful! Caldera view! Beautiful pool! Beautiful rooms! View of Oia and domes. Walking the streets early in the morning or in the evening when it wasn’t crowded. Good breakfast. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Magical place!

Everything! We couldn’t fault anything! Breakfast in the morning on the balcony was an added bonus. Staff couldn’t help enough, they helped us book activities and restaurants. Right in the centre of Oia. The only word to use is magical.

The room was too small for 4 persons. The living room is converted into a bedroom during the night, thus limiting the space. It s like a converted boathouse and the bathroom was small and had bad lightning. Also there was only one small wardrobe for a family of 4. Ideal for a couple.
