Everything really - wonderful immaculately clean room, excellent breakfast and the best, most helpful and friendly staff. Can’t recommend highly enough! Elisavet (property owner) was very helpful from the start, sharing recommendations for food and activities in Naxos as well as providing maps. On our last day she informed us that our ferry was cancelled due to high wind and she went above and beyond to help, offering us to stay another night and even driving our luggage to the port later in the day when a later crossing was available!

The landscaping is fairly young and very beautiful. Hopefully in a few years the Oleanders will grow up and provide some shade on the patio. It was a bit hot to sit out there in the afternoon.

Our room was gorgeous. Spacious, immaculate, gorgeous decoration, lovely bathroom and small kitchenette. Had the best sleep I've had for a long time at Crystal Mare. Elisabeth was a fantastic hostess, and went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected to make sure our stay was wonderful. She is a really lovely person. Despite being on a busy road, we didn't hear any traffic noise because of the double glazing. Delicious breakfasts: lots of variety and high quality food. Situated in the quiet part of town, which suited us well, and we enjoyed walking to town.

Elizabeth was the perfect host. she took her of us from minute one. She even went all the way to pack us a breakfast so we could go hiking early in the morning. She made us want to come back to see her. The room was spotless and really well decorated. You even have a private parking.

Absolutely excellent stay. The room itself was big and had all the amenities we needed and was extremely comfortable! The staff we interacted with were kind and helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast was lovely every morning. We liked the location as it was a small walk from the calmest beach on the island, and a short walk into town. We hope one day to be back!

Nothing at all, we loved it as it was. Although it was close to the street, and you could hear the traffic going by from time to time, it wasn't much of a distraction.

We loved staying at Crystal Mare Suites. The owner, (Elisavet) was very helpful and provided us with local guides, suggestions and was the sweetest person ever. The breakfast selection was great, and available for most of the morning. We loved the location of the suite too. It wasn't in the heart of the city, but close enough to walk to, which we preferred.

The hotel consist of 6 apartments. Our apartment was the number 1 with a double bed and a single bed that could also be used as a sofa. The room was spotless clean and the quality of cleaning stayed the same all the days that we were there. The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows. A welcome gift of wine and fruit was waiting for us in the room the first day. Every day they were leaving new water bottles in the fridge (you can drink the water of the tap but it is not recommended). The room was very comfortable with air conditioning and windows that could block the light. The room decoration was exactly as it looked in the pictures. The balcony was very nicely equipped with a tent for sun protection and cloth rack for wet towels etc. The garden was very nice decorated and we loved sitting in the balcony and eating. We also cooked light meals for our son and the cooking facilities were useful (and all cooking equipment was new). The breakfast was very fresh and with local products (we loved the eggs, the fresh tomatoes from the garden and the pastry :)) Parking was available at the property. Agios Georgios beach is within walking distance, only you have to walk 20 meters on the main road before you can take the side path. The main road right outside the property is not a problem because the beautiful garden does not allow you to see it and also there is no noise from the street. Elizabeth and her husband were perfect hostesses, very kind with a smile all the time, ready to fulfill any request we might had. They also gave us very useful tips on what to see on the island like panormos beach and avaton cafe.

Great location within a few minutes walk from St. George's sandy beach. The castle and historical centre of the town of Naxos can be reached within a 15-minute walk along the seafront. The breakfast area was situated next to a very pleasant shady garden. The breakfast was excellent and contained a large selection of fresh local products. Very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious and well-equipped rooms.

This property is beautiful, from the grounds to the individual touches within each apartment. This property is small, only 6 rooms. We booked the sea view suite which was perfect. The rooms are extremely clean and breakfast was delicious. It’s just far away from town that you’re not in the middle of everything, but close enough that you can easily walk there. There is a beach within 5 minutes walking, although we spent our days at the beach just a 5 minute drive away. 10/10 would recommend this property.

I already mentioned the road and that is truly the only little thing. Just bit too busy to enjoy lovely terrace.

It actually is 9.9, not 10, due to the road nearby. Apart from that hotel is amazing! Absolutely gorgeous rooms, garden, whole place. The hotel is also close to main town and great beach. Breakfast was fantastic as well. The owner and the rest of the team would do everything to make your stay perfect. Highly recommend and thank you very much for lovely experience!

Very cozy, a warm and neat place. Modern minimalist design yet equipped with everything one needs for a fantastic vacation. Most impressive was the exceptional care kindness and professionalism of the managing staff including the owner.

The property is lovely, serene, clean, contemporary. It is a convenient 5 min walk to the St. George beach and 1 min walk to the local bus stop. it has a nice garden where you can enjoy a breakfast buffet.
