Our stay was just perfect, special thanks to the staff (all love for Sonja, Stavros and Dimitri!!!!), super friendly, attentive, beautiful people, relaxed atmosphere, comfy sunbeds, nice music by the pool, DELICIOUS greek salads, great cocktails, best mimosas we’ve ever had! Service was always super fast and so friendly. Loved our room with a pool, very clean and cosy and we really loved the location close to Mỳkonos Town, easy to get everywhere. Beeeautiful restaurants within walking distance (180° sunset bar, Zuma) We are super happy and will definitely be back!

The climb back from town is extremely steep - it was ok for us, but could be a real hindrance to older or less able guests. There was no full length mirror in the room which is a bit of an oversight. The service around the pool was hit and miss with orders misunderstood or forgotten.

Lovely room, we were upgraded to a room with a little private pool which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was great. The pool area is very nice with comfortable sun loungers.

It was a little too far to walk to town and the cabs/transfers were pretty expensive.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating! We were traveling with our 1yr old and the staff made the trip so much easier. Bed was very comfortable and great air conditioning.

Fabulous hotel, beautiful and contemporary furnishings, everything was very high standard. Breakfast was amazing, the most polite and helpful staff you could wish for, nothing was too much trouble. Very relaxing ambience.

The resort is about 1.2klm from the old port and town and it’s a very steep walk back to the hotel so ideally is good to have car quad bike or a motorbike to get around

We arrived at 10.30 pm , welcome drink given but a sandwich or something would have been appreciated. Not very proactive on reception.

Property itself was simple and clean. Design, toiletries etc all good Pool guys and breakfast/ guys were great. Friendly and nothing too much trouble No late room available and not even the option to use an internal Tom to shower for an hour😩

No place to hang towels, beach bags or hats inside the room. And sometimes the noise of the planes crossing over when landing and taking off. But nothing in general that I didn’t seriously like.

Only down side is the walk up and down the hill to Mýkonos town, but honesty the 10 minutes of pain was so worth it 👌

Absolutely stunning hotel inside and out, every area was spotlessly clean. The staff were all so friendly and spoke excellent English. The pool was gorgeous. The food was gorgeous. The bed was SO comfy! We managed to bid for an upgrade so ended up with a private pool room with sun loungers and sofas for an extra €60 Would absolutely love to go back

There a musty smell in the bathroom

Clean, great views and close to everywhere. 5 minutes drive to the town. Staff are great. When we asked for stuff it came within 5 minutes. Food was great and they have enough pool beds/cabanas for their guest

We got unwell (sickness) on our last couple of days not due to the hotel cleanliness or food though.

On arrival we wanted to upgrade to the plunge pool superior room instead of the seaview. (We thought we had booked this but may have been our error) Front office/reception manager was amazing and did this free of charge for this! Couldn’t have asked for more…. 5 star - thank you so much!

Not much to say! Maybe if the pools were heated it would be a bit nicer in the winter/spring months!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with a supermarket, liquor store, pharmacy all nearby and a 5-10 minute walk down the hill into town. We had welcome cocktails on arrival, our bags delivered to our room, and our room was upgraded to a sea view for no extra cost. The breakfast was absolutely lovely too well worth the cost.
