GermanyThere is really nothing bad to say about the hotel itself. However the location is not the best, as the beach is not super nice, we went only for a walk at sunset. The hotel itself has not a beach-side or sunbeds, but there are sunbeds from other resorts.
The hotel is very beautiful, with a charming pool area with a bar, a very tasty restaurant with live music at dinner, a gym with A/C, and an area to do yoga. We got upgraded for free to a junior suite, the room was beautiful, very spacious and new, very clean as well. The staff is impeccable, extremely friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, nevertheless we felt very welcome with a small child.

BahrainFor breakfast, we orderd the Chicken Shakshuka, and the chicken was not fresh and the mix of Chicken & eggs was not good.
The room we got was the Junior suite and it was Amazing! The size is huge, clean, the comfort level was excellent. Yudha the staff at reception was incredibly helpful too. We surely will go back whenever going that area.

Super excellent resort and lovely staff. We had a drama with lost item but it was (embarrassingly) self afflicted but Gede hand his team were lovely and so helpful.

NetherlandsIf there is a thing to complain but very personal it’s the food taste. Everything we ate taste too plain, too simple, sometimes even tasteless. And the food prices are not the cheapest in Bali.

Quiet location, yet walking distance to restaurants and bars and the beach. Loved the Bhava Spa, pricey but so good. Pool area was lovely , good loungers & nice cocktails. Good coffee place abt 4mins walk Area Coffee Bali.

The gym was even great. The staff are a wonderful team. Very glad we stayed here. AustraliaThe pool is quite a way from the main hotel. It’s also quite away location wise from the main area of Nusa Dua. There were plenty of restaurants nearby so didn’t matter to us.
The pool was a really nice pool and great surroundings, made it truly relaxing. The room was extremely spacious and well appointed and the bed was super comfy.

LithuaniaLocation is not the best, taxi ride needed to reach any nicer beach or main strip. Also the hotel is situated right in front of a busy street and the noise never stops, windows are thin, impossible to sleep clamly if your room is facing the street. However, upon request our room was kindly changed to a more quite one and that was perfect.
Cozy Bali style facilities, spacious room, very nice pool area, exceptional breakfast with many choices. Staff was friendly and helpful!

We were a couple travelling with our 10 month old baby. This hotel is STUNNING. It really is. From the minute I walked into the lobby it was like being at a spa. Just so serene and calming. The room was insane, had the most beautiful decor. Massive bathtub, huge bed. Just wonderful. Cannot fault this place. If I had to dig deep, it would be that it needs a ramp/lift to get to the pool as for us with a pram was a little bit tricky with the steps but honestly this was not a resort to take a baby to, it’s too nice. It suits honeymoon vibes. The breakfast is a la carte so you order off a menu and get heaps of options. The pool area is stunning with beautiful day beds and sun loungers submerged in the pool. Our baby got sick, and the front desk organised a doctor for us so easily, they gave us extra water, just went that extra mile with no fuss. Had a lovely gym with new equipment.
