Nothing, we loved everything!

Everything about the Hilton was amazing. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and extremely accomodating. Very professional however could have a laugh and create conversation.

I don't want to write a negative point as I did love our stay.However only complain would be the stone bar restaurant. As we have drink for two hrs with room (which you pay for really as rooms more expensive) We drink fast,and I found them slow in coming back,so we started ordering two due to slow service. If after the two hours they kepted asking you if you want another. The only issue was when we asked for baileys they started giving us milk,no mention of reason for this,however I had any allergies to some milks so I would rather what I asked for or say we haven't got any left.

All of the hotel was fantastic. The staff made it even more fantastic. Loved our stay and would stay again.

My children ( 9 and 12) had an incredible stay at the Hilton Bali! The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was impressive and delicious, with something for everyone. To top it off, the value for money was exceptional. The bathroom shower area did not drain well, and was below expectations and standard expected for Hilton. Also the breakfast area was a bit overcrowded - there were too many guests for the breakfast as a whole, making it a slightly less than memorable experience, however the quality of the breakfast made up for the overcrowded feeling. One more observation was that there was a bit of water dropping from the ceiling to the breakfast table, and we had to request for a change of table, which was accommodated without any problem.

Location and view was superb. Hotel amenities were very good. The staff were very good. The room quality was very good. The breakfast quality was excellent.

We were guests while a large global summit was happening in Nua Dua so the resort was very full. Breakfast was large and chaotic so staff were unable/unwilling to provide personal service. The pool area and facilities are dated.

The beach was not as clean as we would have wanted it to be, they are struggling with some trash in the ocean and on the beach. I did not feel like I wanted to go for a swim or let me kids play on the beach too much.

All staff was super nice and helpful. Overall the resort is great for kids. The pools are excellent. I loved that the kids club is free so it's an easy decisions to walk in for select activities only. The resort is very spacious so it always felt social but never crowded. Food is nice too with a few good options.

The kids' play area could do with an upgrade,it looked a bit dated. It'd be nice if the spa pool was warm and if there was sauna/steam room.

Getting charged $75 for a driver to take me to a dentist when I could have got a Grab driver for $20.

We loved our pool access room. So good to step out of our terrace into the pool. The Executive lounge access was great and staff were exceptionally friendly

There was no access to the beach 😕. It looks dirty, and we are not able to go swimming.

Comfortable and relaxing room with the balcony , exceptional buffet breakfast. The view from the 15th floor was amazing. The stuff was friendly.

The shower was dangerous in my room - very slippery and we had a number of falls. The pool tiles in the baby pool was very dangerous - slippery and chipped large stone on the edges. Pool side attendants needed at all times to stop undesirable behaviour like sand throwing and yelling by teenagers. Impacting the safety and experience of small children and adults. The pillows in the room were awful - flat and in dire need of replacement.

Breakfast was amazing! Staff approachable and very friendly. Pool side service and quality of food and drinks. Middle Eastern Buffet night exceeded expectations - just amazing.
