The staff is fabulous, always with an easy smile in the face and ready to support you. The facilities of the hotel llook completely new, it's well decorated, and the cleanliness is a must. The location is perfect as it is near the beach and restaurants. I'll recommend this hotel to my friend's when visiting Seminyak.

The shower was quite slippy. Some grips in the shower would be useful.

The size of the rooms. So handy having a kitchenette and fridge in a hotel room. Also so close to the beach too.

Fantastic location 1 min to the beach & 5 minutes to the main rd with so many shops & restaurants. Very spacious rooms, I suggest considering getting a room with a ocean view. Yummy breakfast & super friendly staff, overall a fantastic experience

Would have liked more clean towels, extra bathmat and the kitchenette could have more cups and plates. When we asked though, they came and provided these things, and this is pretty minor. Would be nice to have service at the pool, but again, not a big deal as you can order inside and they will come to drop at the pool.

If you are not expecting a luxury resort, but you are happy with a very good hotel experience, then this is truly a great place to stay. The room (and balcony) is large, comfortable, modern and clean. I found the hotel nice and quiet and often had the pool to myself. A far enough walk away from the busier bars on the beach, but really not far a walk to anything. The staff were responsive and attentive and they even came to the room to surprise me with a cute bday cake, which was lovely. Good value for money this place. Thank you.

Everything, the room, food, and service was outstanding. Closeness to all the best restaurants, beach, shopping, and Clublife. Best Room Ive stayed on my 3 week trip around Bali. Been coming to Bali for 10 years and this is one of the best places ever. I always stay here in Seminyak. Thank you again.

Nothing really very happy with this choice.

Lovely clean place,great pool,amazing room,two air-conditioning units so you can get as cool as you want,bath and shower in my room. Swimming pool and sun loungers were amazing plenty off space and a big 25 meter pool.Quality Smeg fridge,massive tv top quality appliances. Bed ans pillows so comfy loads of storage space and mirrors.

Location a bit out of the way so walking to Seminyak not easy

Large room plenty of storage nice kitchenette. Large balcony with sea and pool views. Easy walk to beach and restaurants among the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant

A bit dark walking back from town at night- only a few street lamps.

The huge studio was a surprise, as was the huge bath in a light and airy bathroom. Wonderful staff who were very responsive and helpful, great breakfast for me (I had chicken fried noodles or chicken fried rice, with fresh orange juice and oat milk cappuccino each morning. I found staying there hugely relaxing although very different from Ubud where I spend more time.

One of the most amazing room I had stay in ,very good room with Ultra modern facilities ,hugebathroom lots and lots of almirah .from balcony swimming pool view and sea view simultaneously, very nice location just 1 minute walk to the beach .close to centre of all activities. I love this place I will definitely come again breakfast was very good and all the staff was very polite and cooperative

I can’t fault the property or the customer service, but the only thing I would suggest is to check the rooms for ants, or treat the rooms with ant repellent. I noticed there was a trail of ants in the kitchenette cupboards above the stove, and I didn’t have open food items nor did I leave food out.

The decor! Loved the retro/60s aesthetic and spacious rooms. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever too much of a request for them.
