We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomThis is negative it’s only because I’m not very keen on birds - the guinea fowl that wandered around the pool area.
Everything for great! Location and facilities. Pool area was very clean and maintained the little extra touches like the ice creams at lunchtime were fab, food was fantastic both breakfast and dinner (the mini quiches at breakfast were amazing) special mention to Melanie in the buffet restaurant she always greeted us with a smile and was always very helpful like the rest of the staff. The hotel is a small walk from the Bali collection which has an assortment of shops and restaurants.

The service was top-level, concierge and tour organizers very friendly. The resort is huge with various lagoons, the room even had a nice balcony, and the choice at breakfast was very wide. It is among the best level you can find in Bali for this price.

CanadaMy wife and I stayed in Laguna Marriott in early May, to say that the service was superb is an understatement, it was absolutely brilliant! Just one of many examples of the exceptional customer service; we were approached by a staff member who asked if there was anything they could provide, it was just as I was about to try and position my phone on a statue to take a pic of my beautiful wife and I, as we were dressed for dinner. The staff member offered to take the pic for us, and then went on to walk us to several more perfectly landscaped areas for more pics. I think seven in total. My wife and I agree that these are some of best pictures we have of us, and this is just one of many examples of the outstanding customer service we received. We have more examples of how the hospitality management, housekeeping and restaurant staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and ensure our stay was perfect. The room had a swim out to a salt water lagoon, gym, sauna, steam and spa were immaculate, appeared new, spotless. TurkeyDuring dinner and breakfast, the staff approaches you and asks you if everything is okay and if you need this or that. And sometimes this happens way too many times. I remember being approached like this around a dozen times in a single dinner. And it's not only a question of whether I like the meal and if I need anything else. Sometimes they come and offer to bring me "pasta" or whatever else I choose not to take from the open buffet, which is a completely unnecessary offer because I can clearly see what's in the buffet. I understand that this is for customer satisfaction and hospitality, and they were really polite, but when multiple people do it without keeping track of who does it to which guest, it can be overwhelming, especially considering that you end up responding to them while your mouth is full.
The room was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, the hotel strikes a perfect balance between cozy and luxurious. The breakfast and dinner buffets had everything that I could possibly ask for, and more. And more importantly, when I told them that I made a mistake and booked 2 extra nights by accident, they gave me a full refund despite not having to do that according to the cancellation policy. I would not stay anywhere else on my next trip to Bali.
