Good location .. outside the business of Shinjuku. Walking distance to two different train lines. Staff friendly and hotel clean.

Room was very clean and had enough space to comfortably store two medium suitcases. It had a desk area and a very large and modern bathroom. Bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a short walk from the subway or a JR station. There is a 7-11 store in the basement and a café close by for breakfast if you do not want to eat at their restaurant. It is a little distance to the main Shinjuku attractions but with the Tokyo public transport system at doesn't take long to get anywhere.

Hated the pillows!

Location was excellent, walking distance to trains and to central Shinjuku. Clean hotel, reasonably sized rooms and tonnes of amenities. Friendly staff. Really impressed with my stay!

The location is perfect to me. If you like quiet this is the place. One metro station away from the main Shinjuku station. As it is in the business district, so you are going the opposite direction of the working crowd. Good amenities (there are 2 floors with self service laundry).

Really could not fault this gorgeous hotel. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The incredible supplies bar at reception is fantastic and includes mouthwash, toothbrush and paste, men's and women's facial products, hair treatments, bath salts, razors, moisturisers, teas & coffees and much more 🤩 Our room felt new, we were in room 1117 which had a fantastic view over the front of the property and street below. It was very comfortable and the bathroom was brilliant with big bath, shower head over bath plus rainfall shower option, and full bidet. Fresh slippers (that you can keep) , Pajamas and towels are supplied each day, and you choose if you want full room clean and tidy or just towels, PJs and slippers via a magnet on the door that you put out by 10am. A member of the staff even dropped by to ask what time we would like our room cleaned. The restaurants in the complex are wonderful, and do venture down the escalator at the building entrance, across the road from the 711 is a gorgeous courtyard to chill out in. It really feels like a luxury hotel. Thanks so much to all the staff for such an amazing stay ☺️❤️

The only thing that is unsufull for european travallers is the small space of the room, but it fits japanes standards. So we must keep that in mind.

We already stayed at thishotel in 2019. Room equipment and especiall the Bath/Shower are still awesome. You use it, you want it at home. A family mart is present at B1 floor, so you want check in at anytime and tale a rest. There is also a smoking area fot people whom want to. Metro station Nishi-Shonjulki is at 8 mns from the hotel. You can get the MANAROPUCHI LINE to got the Main TOKYO station. (take care of business time to avoid crowded periods)

Location was great, in a very quite and elegant area and close to the Metro station. Rooms are of a good size considering the standard of Tokyo. Very good breakfast at the Hearth restaurant. Hotel very clean.

When we was staying there, it was being cleaned once a day which felt like a little over the top, but I did see that in April they were reducing it, so I'm sure it's even better now!

The hotel room was so clean and was nice and roomy, the bathroom was really nice too. The whole hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was great and even understood our broken Japanese, and were happy to help.

Breakfast was ok but there could have been more choice and gone on for longer than 10:00. Some people like sleeping longer on holidays…
