Positive section of review
Quiet location just 10mins walk from the metro. Helpful staff, clean well serviced rooms and good breakfast. The in house 24hr convenience store was an unexpected bonus. The unusual looking shower/bathroom turned out to be very functional.

Good place, very peaceful. beautiful accommodation. Staff are very nice and very good take care us but they can speak English a little bit. However they have translation machine.

Room size is relatively bigger than standard Japanese hotels. You'd have no problem opening two 26" suitcases and to still walk around.

Hotel is indeed in need of some updating work like many Google comments suggested. The dark corridor, dark coloured carpet are just not appealing at all and just can't really feel relaxed. We booked for the club lounge access but it was so packed 2 nights we were there during the evening hours which just wasn't worth it. Provided food was too Japanese focused as well my partner (British) who dislike fish didn't have much of a choice. The hotel's location isn't as convenient as ones on the main street and there's definitely no view of a harbour or ocean.

The location is excellent when you have an early flight and the hotel is really easy to find. The room was clean et very comfortable.

We arrived when the restaurant was closing and it was difficult to understand whether we could order room service even after it had closed. Fortunately, there was a good restaurant open in the airport.

I sayed in the women dormitory. It didn’t looked like in the pictures. The "garden" the advertise with wasn’t groomed at all and only seen in the main building. The whole Hostel is divided by several buildings. The houses are pretty old, so it‘s only understandable that it makes noises, yes, but the people in my room were extremely loud for a long time in the morning. Towels cost extra. The shower in my building was extremely small and had mold on the ceiling. The Toilet is outside in the "garden" of the building, so if people in the room with "garden view" had the door open, they could see you go to the toilet. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, I could feel every bone pressing on the hardwood beneath it. No prober room to put your luggage. In female dormitory your luggage is stored right next to the beds, so it was extremely loud getting anything out of your backpack. When you pay before, the hostel is not payed completely. You still have to pay taxes, which is ¥200 per night. No staff, so if you have questions, deal with them yourself. I witnessed a couple wanting to checkout, but they had troubles. There was no one to speak to for questions. Overall, if you wanna stay a night, i guess it’s acceptable. I stayed 4 nights and was happy the moment I checked out.
