How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We stayed for about 7 nights...it would have been better if there is more variety for breakfast menu. Nevertheless, food was great. The variety is just a minor feedback. We will come back again : )

There are subway noises and it is not as spotless as other Japanese hotels that we stayed in. relatively expensive without cleaning service considering the quality of the included breakfasts.

Staff (front, man) with glasses was not so nice. We just visited this hotel first time and don't know process of self- check in. We tried to do and wanted his help. When we still not understood what system ask about accompany. He try to explain but not clear for us. He show dissatisfaction and no other staffs help. They just look us and ignore. Let us with this staff. Not impressed this staff (man with glassses) very much. That is why we didn't rate this hotel previously. Other things of this hotel (facility, foods etc.) are very good.

I accidentally booked smoking room and would like to change it to non smoking one but they said the hotel is full booked. My bad on having a wrong booking though. So yeah it smells bad in the room so we just opened the window the whole time we stay.
Location! It's close to Namba metro station exit 24 which have escalators so it's convenient with luggages. It's close to elevator exit too but when we're there it's in construction. The complimentary breakfast is ok, have a lot of variation though and it changes the next day we stay.

Pajama is badly designed, the bed is hard, the pillow is not fluffy & the toilet is small
They change your towels & pajamas everyday. The staff are friendly, the location ia near to Metro subway & Dotonbori, there's a lot of free luggage lockers at the basement we can use and the price is bery reasonable since it's also including a breakfast

For 7 days of staying there, you can get bored with the breakfast menu

I stayed for 6 nights...it would be great if there's more variety to the breakfast menu. However, this is just a minor point for consideration. The food is still great : )
Excellent service, location and cleanliness. This is my second stay in this hotel and will come again when I traveling to Namba area : )

Booked a smoking room because that was all that was left, but would not do so again in the future. Breakfast ended quite early at 9:00AM and would have preferred it end a little later.
Great location near Namba station. The free breakfast was delicious and plenty of options. The room was pretty spacious for Japan city hotels.

Check-in time is a little bit late at 16.00
Location is the best, just next to the entrance of Namba Station. Breakfast was good.

Not much of a view. No room to open my luggage.
I had a little trouble finding the correct exit from the subway for the hotel. But once I found the place, the hotel was bright, clean and comfortable. I liked that you could extend the checkout time by the hour (for a small fee). I needed the extra hours after traveling for 30 hours the day before.

The shower is not very comfortable.

Near the station and to dotonburi. In the middle , if you want to go to all over Osaka.
