The staff were extremely noisy each morning while cleaning the other rooms and the hallway. They talked so loudly, almost screaming from one end of the hallway to the other, showing no respect for guests who might be jet-lagged or simply seeking a peaceful morning. The soundproofing was terrible; we could hear other guests clearly. Additionally, the WiFi connection was poor between 8 and 11 pm. When we reported the issue to the reception, we were told that the hotel was almost fully booked and the routers couldn't handle the load, which is very strange to hear in 2024. It is the hotel's responsibility to provide a good internet connection regardless of the number of guests.

The hotel is located just a 15-second walk from the tube station. There are several restaurants, grocery shops, and a Starbucks within a 1-minute walk. The hotel also features an absolutely beautiful onsen with four baths, a sauna, and plenty of space.

Only a few complaints, that being said, it was easily the best hotel we stayed in. And definitely had the biggest and most comfortable bed. There was no room to hang your towel. Blackout curtains were not super effective. Ac unit seemed to be on a timer and would shut off.

Fantastic hotel. We paid a little extra for the Patio and soak tub. Both of which were amazing. General room aesthetic and proximity to universal studios was all very great! Additionally, by japan standards, this room was pretty big, and we had room to open our luggage much easier. Highly recommend this hotel. It is worth it!

Whilst it was close to Universal, it was in a difficult area of town to get to - even things that were close by required freeway travel - we spent lots on taxis in Osaka! The room was tiny, no room for bags to be opened. The third bed which my daughter was supposed to sleep on was ROCK hard - really really firm and not suitable for anyone to sleep on.

Good location for Universal, great buffet breakfast, helpful staff, and the coin laundry was a life saver!

Beds are very comfortable and the size of bedroom is quite good. Location is the best. You leave the hotel and get the subway or walk towards the Universal Studios Japan.

In the room there are not any USB or other mobile phone plugs just Japanese sockets. When I asked in the reception something to change my mobile phone they said they do not have enough. I had to go to supermarket and buy one charger with Japanese socket (about 11 EUR). Was not that much but I believe hotel has to provide at least one charger per room. Anyway when I bought they found one extra for me.

It was very close to park entrance. There were many restaurants, Starbucks and supermarket just outside the hotel. We had a room for 3 it was not so big but good enough just to sleep. We did not expect a bigger room in that area . Onsen (traditional spa) was nice experience. It works all night. Pajamas and all necessary staff (tea, cotton pads, razor, toothbrush and so on)were provided in the reception area. Staff were friendly.

The room, although clean, was a bit small. The restaurant food could use improvement. And the laundry room has only 6 washer/dryer units... they need to add a few more units.

The room was good overall. I liked how the hotel provided pajamas for their guests during their stay. I also liked the convenience to the train station and to Universal Studios.

Loved this place, spoiled us with all the amenities, the location was amazing, breakfast had wide variety, beautiful view from the room and the room was very spacious. Few steps from Universal Studio, food court with wide varieties, right on top of the train station which helped us to look around Osaka.

Everything was good, no complaints.

The location was good for USJ, there is a number of hotels to select from in the area, this one was right near the train station and work well for us. The staff were friendly. We didn't have any meals here there is plenty to choose from in the USJ precinct, we were leaving early to visit USJ and it was cheaper to eat breakfast at USJ. It was nice to return to our hotel after 13 hours at USJ to a comfy bed and helped us enjoy our time in Osaka.
