everything was exceptional! our 1 bedroom apartment had a bathtub, great quality toiletries, a garden with tables and chairs where we had our meals daily, the kitchen had everything we needed, the closet had so much space, drawers and a big mirror, the bed was comfortable and the electric fire place added to the mood at night. you could see the quality of materials used in the interior and the design that was made with people in mind. highly highly recommend, I loved every minute of our stay there and I can’t wait to be back!

I loved the balcony that our room had! It was so nice to be able to overlook part of the city every morning. The bathroom was also excellent - especially the shower! Very nice amenities. Bed was super comfy as well!

Lovely apartment hotel . Spacious and very comfortable . Staff especially Gina was great.Communication was clear and very helpful via the booking.com chat . Attention to detail was second to none, to the point where even baby soap and shampoo was provided . Location is great , 12 min by tram to the city centre .There is a a tram station about 200m from the apartment . There was ample clean Linen and fresh towels with a nice coffee machine and kettle too.

Truly an outstanding hotel. Beautiful place with amazing views, delicious food (breakfast and dinner), and the kindest staff that we got to meet in our whole Italy trip. Property was close proximity to the train station, and was in the same plaza as the Duomo. Easy access to all amenities. The room was tastefully decorated, quiet, and Giuliana (the hostess) was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with.
