Hotel Asafuji erbjuder boende i luftkonditionerade rum i japansk stil med grönt te. Alla rum och de varma källbaden har utsikt över berget Fuji och Kawaguchisjön. Traditionellt japanskt boende som var rymligt och fint. Deras onsen med utsikt över mOunt Fuji var jättefint och det var sällan fullt med folk. Den japanska maten var spännande och god.

Oyado Koto No Yume ligger 2 minuters promenad från Takayamas station och erbjuder färgglada rum i japansk stil. Staff super friendly and helpful!

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Beautiful hotel, with private and quiet rooms that were spacious and well kept. Close to the red bus stop 4, Ohashi Bridge and restaurants/supermarket. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They organised a taxi for us to get out to Chuerita Pagoda at the crack of dawn. The private onsen and breakfast were the highlights of our stay.

Ryokan Hostel K’s House ligger i en 100 år gammal kulturminnesmärkt byggnad i Shizuoka, 7 minuters promenad från järnvägsstationen JR Ito. Vandrarhemmet erbjuder termalbad, gratis WiFi och 3 lounger. This place is such a gem! The atmosphere is surreal, the place very clean and the staff super nice and helpful. We chose the double room with private veranda on the river and we were so happy! We also got to try their private onsen, as well as one of the outdoor onsen they suggest, and were amazed by the experience. The hotel was i a perfect location to reach any place of interest in Ito.

Iroriyado Hidaya ligger i Takayama, 18 minuters promenad från Takayama station, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering och en gemensam lounge. Our stay at Iroriyado Hidaya was one of the highlights of our 2-week trip. The hospitality was exceptional, probably the best we've ever experienced even in comparison to other more expensive ryokans. Staff were extremely kind and helpful; we had our own itinerary planned out, but we've seen how they assisted other foreign guests with recommendations to visit around Takayama. We had a Japanese speaker in our group, but the language barrier should not be much of an issue as they use a translation device with international guests. Location is quite a bit of a walk from the station, though we felt that it was worth it and they were extremely willing to help with taxi reservations for the next and subsequent mornings. Very highly recommended to stay here :)

Mitsubikiya ligger i Matsumoto och erbjuder boende med trädgård, gemensam lounge och terrass samt gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. Had to check in early which wasn't a problem. The two staff were great - they speak English quite well, and were very patient with our very poor Japanese. Dinner + Breakfast is really good (but you do need to let them know you would like to have dinner when you are making your booking).

Atami Sekaie ligger i Atami, inom 2,6 km från Atami Sun strand och 25 km från Hakone-Yumoto station, och erbjuder boende med en restaurang och gratis WiFi samt gratis privat parkering för gäster som... Everything! The staff were so polite and welcoming. The welcome seating and drink while staff helped us check in was so pleasant, our own personal staff to show us to our room, the beautiful room with all the little details or amenities, our own traditional Yakuta to wear to meals, the private onsen and peaceful nature of the ocean view. Everything was amazing!!

八海 木花館 ligger i Oshino, 10 km från Fuji-Q Highland, och erbjuder boende med gratis cyklar, gratis privat parkering och en trädgård. Service was impeccable. The location was amazing - I had a view of Mt. Fuji from my room. It was the perfect relaxing retreat that I had in mind.

SOKI ATAMI ligger i Atami, 1,7 km från Atami Sun strand, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en terrass och en restaurang. Entire experience is what we truly appreciated specially the private onsen.
