Initially email communication was misleading , you actually don’t need to request for shuttle fr the San Bandai bus from Osaka. The airport shuttle stops n pickup from there. We stayed 2 nights, no need to book private, the 9Fand B2 baths were great, the interactive Kaiseri dinners were excellent, the breakfast was so good, we skipped lunch both days. Spouse making plans to go back next year. We requested the Japanese style rooms and enjoyed it despite tough getting up fr the floor due to my titanium knees

Offering free private parking, the 2-star ryokan is 600 metres from Kinumaki Shrine. The ryokan features a public bath and free shuttle service. Great breakfast was provided, and the staff are super nice even if there's a language barrier. It's a bit of a distance from the Onsen town but the staff picked us up from the train station and brought us to the hotel, then dropped us back off at the Onsen town with a pickup time and location to meet them when it was time to leave. They even loaned us umbrellas due to the rain. If you're on a budget but want to go to Kinosakionsen town and have a nice stay you can't do much better than this

Get a pass to the various onsens in Kinosaki, and get to walk around town in a yukata. Kinosaki was an awesome town to wander around.

Sensui Ryokan is a 10-minute drive from Genbudo Park and a 15-minute drive from Kinosaki Marine World. Everything was superb in every aspect. The attention to detail and the exceptionally friendly staff, especially our host Ayuri, made our stay even more special. From outstanding communication at the beginning to exceptional service from arrival to departure, it was truly a wonderful experience. We also loved the traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast!

Kinosaki Onsen Ropeway Station is 650 metres away, and Kono Yu Hot Spring is about a 10-minute walk. Sister hotel Nishimura Honkan, which has additional free-use hot-spring baths, is 700 metres away. Free-use bicycles are provided. Amazing hotel, specially the staff! Extremely helpful! The dinner was delicious, and the onsen in the hotel is great as well! They really make it easy to explore and enjoy kinosaki.

Guests at Onishiya Suisyouen Ryokan can experience a traditional Japanese room with futon beds and tatami (woven-straw) flooring, or enjoy a Western-style room. Japanese-style rooms include a tea maker, private bathroom and a satellite TV. All rooms have air conditioning. The hotel was beautiful. It centres around this lovely garden with koi carp in that in the evenings there's a projector on with a bit of a light display The staff were absolutely head of heels to help you. 10/10. They really can't do enough for you. The shuttle service into town was a life saver! Especially with those funky flip flops they have you wearing! The room was the biggest we had in our whole Japan trip for sure. Spacious and comfy and clean. We opted for the japanese experience of sleeping on the thin roll out mattress on the floor but it was a lot less comfortable than I expected. Nothing to do with them though, I asked for it and didn't like it
