Shu san and his family was so kind to me and nice they made me feel at home. Also the ryokan location is winner,you have public onsen in front of the ryokan. If you like to feel the Japanese tradition then this is for you.

Boasting natural hot spring baths, Hohoemino Kuyufu Tsuruya is located a 15-minute walk from JR Tendo Station, 50 km from Sendai. Certainly top 3 (if not best) onsen ryokan that I've ever stayed in Japan! Maybe also due to low season, very few customers and we were able to fully enjoyed onsen, resting areas etc. All facilities are new and perfect, staff extremely polite and helpful. Most certainly I'd return for a next time!

Featuring free property-wide WiFi, a spa centre and a seasonal outdoor pool, Matsushima Ichinobo offers accommodation in Matsushima. The room (I had the basic level option) was gigantic for Japan, with a huge picture window and a view to die for. To say I was blown away upon arrival would be an understatement. The hotel is spacious and uncrowded. I suspect it caters almost exclusively to the Japanese market so some instructions were on rather informal notes, or simply only in Japanese. The rate is breakfast and dinner included but also includes unlimited alcohol from 7pm and coffee/tea/refreshments all day with an icecream bar in the late morning and afternoon. The silence and sleep quality was superb as was the bathroom with shower.

Tagoto features a hot public bath, Japanese-style and Western rooms and Japanese cuisine, a 5-minute drive from Aizu Wakamatsu Station. Friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere, ample room.

Surrounded by sacred mountains and untouched nature, Tamonkan is housed in a historic Japanese-style building. Complimentary tea and snacks are served to welcome guests. Beautiful building, lovely hosts, delicious food. I would love to visit the area again and stay at Tamonkan.

Located within a 10-minute walking distance from the Zao Sky Cable aerial lift, Miyamaso Takamiya features 9 natural hot spring baths for guests to enjoy. Very nice, traditional experience! We were very surprised with the diversity of the breakfast. If you want to experience a proper Japanese breakfast, here is one place where you can do that very well. The onsen was very pleasant too, but you might need to get accustomed to the temperature. All in all we had a very pleasant stay here and we can definitely recommend! Thanks a lot :)

Located a 7-minute walk from Gosho Lake, Shikitei Morioka TsunagiOnsen offers free WiFi and indoor/outdoor hot spring baths. JR Morioka Train Station is a 25-minute drive from the property. breakfast was amazing service amazing everything amazing i forgot to specify the fact that i don’t eat pork and i’m sorry for wasting a dish 😔

Objekat Yasuragino Yado -Iyashino Yu-, koji se nalazi u gradu Kitakami, na 42 km od znamenitosti Hram Chusonji, nudi smeštaj sa besplatnim WiFi internetom i besplatnim privatnim parkingom. I didn't take the breakfast, so I can't comment on it. Location was good for me since I wanted to walk everyday.

Objekat Yukemuri no Yado Inazumi Onsen u ponudi ima smeštaj u gradu Yuzawa. Svaka smeštajna jedinica u ovom riokanu sa 4 zvezdice ima pogled na planinu, a gostima je na raspolaganju termalna kupka. The surroundings, cleanliness, service, facilities and food.

Objekat Oyado Morinone, koji je smešten u gradu Kaminoyama, na 17 km od znamenitosti Ski rizort Zao Hotsprings i 19 min. This was the most elegant and restful stay of my life. Food is incredible - deserves a bib gourmand! Rooms are large and comfortable with a view. Onsen is lovely. The best is the free alcohol and hot drink service in the evenings around the fireplace. Definitely stay here if you can! It’s once in a lifetime type stuff
