El hotel ha abierto hace tan solo unos meses y se nota. Todo huele a nuevo, las instalaciones están impecables, todo decorado con mucho gusto. La habitación era grande y acogedora, el baño excelente, en especial la ducha. El personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno buffet era espectacular, tanto en variedad como en calidad. Dos de los días que estuvimos allí el desayuno fue a la carta, los platos eran abundantes y deliciosos. El SPA, que tuvimos para nosotros solos la mayor parte del tiempo, es perfecto para pasar una tarde de relax. Dispone de varios tipos de sauna y de una gran piscina. Las fotos hacen honor a lo que puedes esperar del hotel. Dispone de parking, ellos mismos te aparcan el coche al llegar.

My family and I had the pleasure of spending a night at the Queen of Zlatibor, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. We are a family of four, with two boys aged 3 and 10, and the hotel catered to all our needs perfectly. The room we stayed in was immaculate, incredibly clean, and felt brand new. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, and we were treated to a stunning view that made our stay even more special. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was impressive and greatly appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was the gorgeous spa. It was a true oasis of relaxation with two swimming pools, one specifically designed for kids, which our boys absolutely loved. The hammam, sauna, and salt room were incredible, offering a serene escape for some much-needed adult relaxation. It was clear that the spa was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests of all ages. The delightful breakfast included with our stay was another standout feature. It offered a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied both the kids and us. Starting our day with such a wonderful meal added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. The hotel also had a nice playroom for kids with new and nice toys, which our boys thoroughly enjoyed. It was a great space for them to play and unwind, giving us a bit of relaxation time as well. The hotel's staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Their warmth and professionalism contributed significantly to the overall positive experience we had at the Queen of Zlatibor. We booked two apartments in the same building. Both apartments were very comfy, spacious and very clean, everything you might need is already set. Bonus is a coffee machine with a lot of capsules provided (very nice touch). Supermarket around the corner, parking in front of the building, super polite host will wait you to give you the keys... TIP 1. Coffee machine brand is Lavazza. Perfect coffee.
