The location of the property is central, very close to a bus stop. The whole region has a very efficient network of busses, taking the visitor to several points of interest! The gästehaus is super clean, the room is comfortable and offered a great view of the mountain. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our staying, served in a cozy room with a nice view. The lifts of the Heuberg Ski Resort are 250 metres away and the Walmendingerhorn ski lifts are 600 metres away. The ski bus stops on site and you can ski right down to the front door. Cross-country skiing tracks pass next to the property. Exceptional Spa area - panoramic pool and panoramic relax area with a beautiful Mountain view, 2 types of hammam, 3 types of saunas, extremely beautiful, clean and stylish to the last detail! A place to achieve full relax - not only in the hotel but also in the area - picturesque Alpine small village. If this is what you are looking for - this is the place.

Located right next to the slopes in the Kleinwalsertal ski area, Hotel Birkenhöhe offers a 650 m² large spa area and impressive views of the surrounding mountains. All units boast a balcony or a terrace. Free private parking is available. We booked the hotel because they had pictures of cake and what a great decision it was. Completely enjoyed ourselves. The check-in was uncomplicated. The parking garage for the Auto was conveniently located. The staff were extremely friendly. The facilities were excellent and the food was terrific. I would recommend it and will return.

Hiking trails and cross-country ski runs start right at the doorstep of Alpengasthof Hörnlepass. During summer season, the cable car can be used free of charge. This is definitely a place we loved. It is a gem for people that are highly sensitive like me. The rooms are very quiet, in the restaurant the acoustics are good so that your senses are not completely overwhelmed after a meal. We really enjoyed breakfast and the buffet on Saturday evening. The hotel is family-run and the staff is very friendly in a way that feels very natural.
