I had a great time at this place! Sudhir, the host, and his wife, are both absolutely lovely and went beyond their way to help me throughout my stay. The flat, which is located on the floor above their house, has a separate entrance for extra privacy and even a rooftop. It is fully furnished with everything you could wish for, from drinkable water to toiletries, tea, writing desk, strong Wi-Fi and so on. It is spacious and located in a quiet and safe area, near some very good restaurants. You can also get a Uber from there, or autos from the main road just 30 seconds away from the flat. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and Sudhir was available at all times when I needed help. The communication with him has been amazing and he also gave me a lot of useful information to visit the main sights in Aurangabad. It was great value for money and I would absolutely stay there again next time I come to Aurangabad! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Dooms ofcourse aren’t luxurious but that’s not expected given the price. Mostly we were out to ajanta one day and Ellora the next day so didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Staff were nice , helped packed food for us for the day trip.

Overall, a great stay but at a higher price. Most of the staff were helpful and nice. The room itself was big and clean (for Indian standards, which is almost like a Holiday Inn level in the US).
