Or stay at the Beachside Retreat W/ Heated Pool in Reddington Beach was amazing!! Our efficiency was beautiful! The pool was super warm and it was just steps away from the beach! Great location that was close to lots of great restaurants and bars. Our host was amazing and responded quickly with the few requests that we had. One of our beach chairs was broken and he brought us four new chairs and a new umbrella. We had a problem getting our tv to work and he immediately drove over and fixed it! Super nice and greatly appreciated! We will definitely be back again!

This condo is quiet, clean, great security, awesome location and stocked with everything you need! It has a great balcony to enjoy morning coffee with ocean views. We also loved the closet stocked with goodies.....from board games, beach chairs, to floats! The beach access was a plus, and the pool/hot tub is large and clean! We used Uber to make our Publix grocery store run and walked right across the street to Circle K for a few random stuff throughout our stay. I highly recommend carving out some time for lunch and shopping at John's Pass, which is less than a 5 minute drive(we use trolley or Uber ). If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo in a great location on a beautiful beach, then this is your place!

this is our second year at Friendly Village. Everything is so close to where we are. A local store , bakery, farmer's market, car rental, ICE CREAM, walking , the beach. pizza resturant and Hard Rock casino!!! Anyway, we hated leaving on the 9th but we were really grateful for the month we had. I have already booked for next year. Thanks for a great place to stay. Also the kitchen is so well stocked, but there was 2 coffee cups in the cupboard that we didn't use because they were chipped and cracked. But no problem we just went and bought new ones for our stay

    Beyond excellent location. Walk out the room door and you are in John Pass Village with everything to do. 5 minute walk to Mederia Beach which is absolutely beautiful beach. The room was very clean and meant our needs without any issues. Highly recommend staying at John Pass Hotel

    I loved the location! An easy 20 minute drive into St. Petersburg. Seems to be at the "nicer" end of St. Pete Beach. It was quiet, and the beachfront and pool area were lovely. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved that bikes and kayaks were available.

    The property was at a great location- right across from the beach! It was also very clean! The pool and property were always in great shape! Our family also appreciated all the beach amenities in the villa. We were supplied beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and pool noodles which came in handy! My toddler loved it!

    My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at The Villas. The pool was lovely, the room was comfortable, and it is just steps from the beach (and the most beautiful sunset you will see). We were celebrating our anniversary and they provided champagne for us. They made our stay truly special and should we find ourselves back in St Pete, we will definitely stay here again.

    This was our third staycation at The Villas at St. Pete Beach and we loved every minute of it. The property is updated and well kept. Staff was friendly and informative as always. Room was clean and cozy per the usual. We had a great time at the pool (1 of 3 on the property) and the beach (a short 2 minute walk from the property). We love being close to so many good restaurants (including Shells, one of our favorites) and how walkable the area is. Will be sure to visit again soon!
