Merrit island waterfront house lots of parking heeft uitzicht op het meer, en biedt accommodatie met een patio en een waterkoker, op ongeveer 21 km van haven van Canaveral. Everything, place was great just 10 minutes drive top Cape Canaveral, garden was amazing on the river, rooms were nice and each had a bathroom, they had even left for us 3 bottles of wine to choose from.... if we ever go back there, we know where to stay!!!

Het huis is onderdeel van een vakantiecomplex, bestaande uit straat met soortgelijke huizen en een zwembad aan het begin. De straat is afgesloten met een hek met code. Als je het hek door bent, kun je prima voor de deur van je huis parkeren. Er is een Walmart dichtbij voor alle boodschappen, en het ligt ook dichtbij de pretparken van Disney en Universal Studio. Kennedy Space Center is iets meer dan een uur rijden.

Playa Esmeralda Vacation Home Up To 14 People ligt in Bradenton Beach, op 3 minuten lopen van Bradenton Beach, 1,2 km van Coquina Beach, en 23 km van The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art. We were fortunate enough to book all 5 rooms at the Boutique Inn for 5 couples staying in town for my husbands 40th birthday. From the beginning communication with Maria was consistent, clear and helpful. I even mailed her decorations and arranged to have food brought in, etc. for everyone's arrival from the airport and my husbands surprise. Jose was also in constant communication leading up to our stay to ensure that everything went smoothly and I really cannot thank them enough for that. I had a million questions and they were patient and helpful with each and every one of them! The house itself is amazing. If you know the island you know that you won't find a better location. A stones throw from the beach, bridge street and the trolley. You will be able to walk anywhere you want to go. The amenities were above and beyond. Each of the five rooms are designed beautifully and different yet all have the same luxuries including the nice bathrooms, king sized beds (super comfy), customized AC units, fridge and coffee pot and each room even provided champagne, robes and slippers. We were blessed to find this level of amenities for 10 people outside of a traditional hotel. The shared spaces down by the pool/hot tub and upstairs in the game area/kitchen were perfect common areas for our group. We wished we would have used the roof top deck more in the mornings! The view with a cup of coffee is unlike any other! We LOVED this house and Maria and Mark went above and beyond thinking of everything as usual. This was not our first time staying at one of their properties and it certainly will not be our last. We can't thank them for sharing this property with all of us.

The owner, Tammie Saxon, provided invaluable help getting me to my cottage and getting my disabled vehicle to servicing. Canoes and fishing gear are available. There's a large swimming pool area but the weather was too cool for pool activities during my stay. The manager, Lynn, made check in effortless and she had no problem extending my stay.

The breakfast special she makes herself every Sunday morning is delicious, especially the potatoes. We will come back if we have the chance.
