Shuttle was easy to find at Gate 9 upon leaving Terminal-1 of PVG. Checkin process was smooth. Room is stacked with everything one needs. The hotel is literally 5 mins drive back by shuttle to the airport.

The name is Vienna Airport Hotel or something like that. They should translate the Chinese characters. Besides that, the shuttle is indeed free and fast, and they are very kind. They helped me find a taxi driver to show me to the centre where I could pick up cash or eat.

Very kind! - I got told to mention staff ID 205206 if I was pleased with the service so there it goes~ - The corridor had great illumination. My dad didn’t like my previous hotel because it felt like a haunted hotel hehe. - Shuttle service!!
