Fully stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, etc and fan plus hairdryer - most unusual, in my experience, and both greatly appreciated. Exceptionally clean and little touches - prettily folded towels, lovely quality shampoo, shower gel and liquid soap - just made the space feel 'finished'. Breakfast in the conservatory, feet away from the river, was such a relaxing way to start the day. Fantastic choice - fruit, cereal, full English, etc, beautifully cooked. The nicest thing, though, were the people I encountered, from other guests, kitchen staff, waitress, manager and owner. All so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. It was a lovely experience, from start to finish, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so special and for being so kind about my late arrival and rubbish sense of direction. Will definitely be back !
