Excellent cooking and washing facilities, easy parking and a great host. There's outdoor space too. It was down to -11c when I was there and the place was warm and cosy. Everything is super-clean too.

With views of the Eyjafjördur Fjord, this 2-bedroom apartment is located 15 minutes’ walk from central Akureyri. It offers free WiFi, a large, modern kitchen, as well as a washing machine. Comfortable, spacious, well equipped. Located near ring road and easy to find. Host responded quickly when we had questions about how to lock door. We stayed 2 nights and wish we had stayed more. It is so pleasant to come "home" to a nice place after a busy day exploring.

Keep in mind that there are stairs also in the house and single beds are a little bit narrow so that you arrange where every one sleeps. But in fact we didn’t mind at all, that’s why I don’t mention it as something I didn’t like.
