The guest house looks exactly as it in the photo, a pretty traditional house with a cute little garden. The owner welcomed me friendly and introduced me good Gwangju food and restaurants (strongly recommend 떡갈비/Korean beef hamburg steak at 세송정/Saesongjeong, a local famous restaurant just 5 minutes walk from the guesthouse). The room is clean, tidy, and bright, with all basic facilities. Access to the guest house is very convenient about 15 minutes walk from the Songjeong KTX station and 10 minutes walk from the Subway Songjeong Park Station. Great accommodation, definitely recommend here for a comfortable rest in Gwangju. Thank you 사장님, best wishes to your family and cute daughter

Joa Guesthouse ตั้งอยู่ในกวางจู ห่างจากศูนย์ประชุมคิมแดจง 6.1 กม. และมีบริการสวน ลานระเบียง ทั้งยังมีเมือง นอกจากจะให้บริการห้องสำหรับครอบครัวแล้ว ที่พักแห่งนี้ยังมีบาร์บีคิวให้ผู้เข้าพักด้วย... I advise everyone to go there, they are very nice and I had the pleasure of making a new friend there I got a new friend too

Featuring a business centre, Gwangju Madrid Hotel is just a 3-minute walk away from Gwangju Songjeong KTX Station served by Line 1. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms. Everything in the room was super clean. The room was really spacious, and the bed a bath tub were both huge. That made the stay super relaxing. The TV has access to Netflix and YouTube, so that was a nice addition. All toiletries you could need were provided as well as a few complimentary refreshments.

Situated a 5-minute walk from Gwangju Songjeong KTX Station, Gwangju Aura Hotel features a restaurant and free WiFi. From the hotel, Gwangju Airport is 1.5 km away. Super convenient for both the KTX train station and the airport. Excellent Korean breakfast buffet where even a vegetarian like me could get her tummy full enough to last most of the day. And such a comfortable room that I regretted only booking one night, and not being able to enjoy it more.

Overlooking 5.18 Freedom Park, Holiday Inn Gwangju is conveniently located a 5-minute drive from Gwangju Airport. Prior to the Holiday Inn I stayed at a 4-star hotel in Seoul and a 3-star in Suwon, and based on the overall experience this is my favourite hotel to date!🤩 The staff were friendly and informative upon check-in, the room was superb and had everything I needed and more. It was the only hotel I've stayed in so far that has face cloths (flannels). I loved the art work and self-playing piano in the lobby, as well as the available eateries. So impressed with this hotel!

Conveniently located just 200 metres from Sangmu Subway Station (Gwangju Line 1), S Hotel offers 24-hour front desk services, private parking and free WiFi throughout the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and warm. The rooms were clean and the sheets appeared freshly washed as well.

Right in front of the train station and lots of nice restaurants around the corner. Mum loved using a massage chair and I enjoyed the bathtub. Staff was beautiful and their parking service was fantastic.
