He helped us order food, recommend restaurant, gave us all the info we needed, booked us a taxi for the airport the next day. Great guy, although he didn't speak English! The room was very clean. I think the hotel is new or newly refurbished, because all the stuff in the room was clearly brand new. Super comfy bed, hot water, Netflix & other streaming platforms. For us it was the perfect restful night after an intense tour on lake Titicaca.
