Clean, nice staff, rooms were decent small but decent and clean which is all that matters, and just overall nice hotel.

Very nice reception and check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. I had an early flight and the shuttle got me to BWI with time to spare. Thank you for your service.

Although I arrived at 1 am, the hotel staff was friendly and provided detailed guidance. The room was clean and had clean linens, and the furniture was in very good condition.

Located in Linthicum Heights, this hotel offers free shuttle services to Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. Shuttle from the airport to the hotel (though we didn't use this option)

When I saw how the breakfast situation was set up, I just bought some blueberry muffins which were excellent! Even though the hotel itself was not everything I expected it to be, I loved the fireplace and the shower in my room. The toilet was rather low. And I think there should be more railings in an "accessible" room. But, what made it so very nice was the staff. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant even though they did not have all the answers to my questions.
