We loved this hotel! - a wonderful small hotel, excellently located. Spaces were clean, and were beautifully furnished with modern furnishings. Incredible views from all windows. What made the place extra special were the staff - Alex, Renee and Atilla were awesome! They were readily available and made great recommendations for local activities we probably would never have found on our own. - they exemplify excellence in customer service.

We have been to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein several times before and AlpenParks Residence Bad Hofgastein is the best accommodation facility we have used so far. Everything was perfect or near-perfect. The first place where nothing you need during the stay was missing. It was like staying home. Plus the free entrance to the spa!
