We had just come from a tour of the more remote areas of Bolivia where accommodation was very basic, so the relative luxury of this hotel was very welcome. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the city. There are a lot of dining options in the area and it is close to a cable car station with access to various parts of the city

I had a very spacious apartment with bathroom, living and bedroom. The shower was good (hot) and also the Wi-Fi was of good quality. The breakfast was excellent. I had a rental car so for me it was important to have a private parking.

The apartment was spacious and clean. There was a self service laundry in the hotel which we used and worked well. The front desk staff, Lia Mayra and Rafael Sossa, were exceptionally helpful assisting us with cable cars, laundry and travel arrangements. Restaurant downstairs could use more atmosphere and greater menu selection. Breakfast was adequate, limited food selection.

The location was very close to Basilica of Saint Francis, about 3 mins walk downhill. So there were tourist shops around and loads of tour agencies around. The staff could also organise tours for you as well. Various places to eat around as well, a couple of really nice places including Hay Pan, New Curry House and Ichurri
