I like everything: 1st the room very big and comfortable. 2nd the room equipped with everything you need it “Microwave, Electric cooker, coffee machine, toaster, Fridge and freezer + Full kitchen tools qnd washing machine. amazing closet alot of hangers so no need to take your hangers with you very big toilet” 3rd very very clean furniture 4th Very helpful friendly Staff 5th everything near infront of the hotel small supermarket + starbucks + Tim hornet Cafe, Burger King, Mac, KFC And also they have alot of Fine dining restaurants. The hotel is located in a quiet street near a major commercial hub. The popular tourist zone is within a walking distance. I also got an upgraded room with Lake view. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperating, which is very typical in the winter months in Hangzhou. I also like the book about the history and culture information about the neighborhood. I grew up in Hangzhou and some buildings are familiar to me as a child, but I never knew the history behind these buildings. I found it is very entertaining to learn the historical development on one of the most famous neighborhood in the city.
