The apartments are very nice and spacious, well equipped and very clean, exactly like in the pictures. But for me it was not the best choice booking here because of the location. If you look on the map and see the nice marina with a beautiful promenade, don't get fooled, you are forbidden to walk there. Access permitted only to the shopping and restaurants area below the apartments. I wanted to go fishing on the docks in the evening and got chased away by the guards. Ok, fishing forbidden, but even walking on the docks outside the boat area? It's normal that docks are closed in any marina, but the promenade around the docks is also closed. There is no other beach or waterfront accessible by foot from there, so it’s like staying far away from the sea. We had literally not much to do there and used just the apartment for the night. For somebody looking to just relax in the room and in the restaurants / bars / shops nearby it should be very nice.

We loved our stay here. Very lovely staff, this makes a place even more special. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Very spacious room and I liked the details with the flowers and leaf they put in the apartment. Very clean and everything well maintained. Thank you very much again for everything!

Vernita went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We stayed for six nights in April and the room was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had good AC. Having a convenience store, which also acts as a tour and general transportation desk, right outside the property was so helpful for us. There were so many lovely plants & adorable monkeys around outside and splashes of art everywhere which was nice after staying in many hotels without a thing on the walls. It was a great location for us while we took Spanish classes nearby complete with plenty of restaurants around and a bus stop right there for easy access to Quepos, the marina, beaches, and of course Manual Antonio National Park.

This apartment was clean, spacious, and private. It is tucked into the jungle along with other private homes and rentals. Excellent value. The BEST thing is the property manager Heidy did so much for us in advance and while we were there. She really made the trip for us.
