The staff were extremely helpful! Very welcoming and really quick to respond to our messages. Lockers for storing luggage which were easy to use. The check in and out process is super easy to use and makes it very quick. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Some toiletries included which was nice. The location was great, not noisy at all, reasonable walking distance to the main old town and right next to one of the big shopping streets. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Prague!

The hotel is located a little far from the city center, but the proximity to the Chodov metro station and the shopping center of the same name make the location very convenient. It is just 15 minute metro ride to the Muzeum station which is actually the city center and intersection to the touristic line A. Directly above the metro station there is one of the largest shopping malls in the Czech Republic, where many shops, eateries (including McDonalds, KFC, Bombay Express, etc.) can be found, and also there is a large Albert hypermarket on the ground floor. Another advantage of remoteness from the center is the peace and quiet of the area. There are some drunk homeless people hanging out at the subway exit, but, despite this, it is a fairly safe district. Hotel building was new, and everything inside was also new and clean. Good water pressure, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, a small fridge and electric kettle in every room. Good Wi-Fi connection. Тhe rooms on the upper floors were equipped with air conditioners. At first I was given a room on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace, but since there was no air conditioning and it was quite hot, I asked and they kindly moved me to one of the rooms with AC on the second floor. The staff of this hotel is just amazing, very friendly and always ready to help. I personally dealt with a very nice person. There was often no one at the reception, but it was always possible to contact them via WhatsApp, etc. and they promptly answer. Very easy guided self check-in and self check-out.

És confortable i està calenteta. L'hotel està a 10 minuts del rellotge astronòmic. Ubicació excel·lent, en una zona tranquil·la però a molt poc dels llocs més importants de Praga. També a molts pocs minuts de l'estació de metro línia verda i groga. L'esmorzar és variat i bo.
