Everything was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, 24-hour service. Cleanliness was also top-notch; the room was cleaned every day. You can easily get from the airport to the hotel by bus within half an hour. The public beach is nearby, and there are many good restaurants in the vicinity as well. If I were to go back to Las Palmas, I would choose this hotel again. Gracias por todo :)

It was a perfectly kept property with everything one could need . It was only a minute away from the beach and the area in which the property was in was quiet and safe . It was easy to catch a taxi or public transport which is what we used majority of the time. Along with being very clean, the pictures matched reality. There was coffee provided along with both water and snacks, free of charge. It contained its own kitchenette with a fridge and small stove . It also had a coffee machine and sink. It included all the utensils too. Cleaners were available everyday and at any time you could pop down to the friendly receptionists for extra toilet paper or towels . Nothing could beat the walks on the beach for sunset , followed by the most gorgeous food at Bella Lucía which is right on the pier . Then to return to such a quiet apartment so much so that we left a window open one night and we didn’t even notice .

Great place in a good location. You are in the Old Town of Las Palmas, close to the Cathedral, museums and plenty of cafés and restaurants. The appartment is quite large, clean and cozy. I have already stayed there 3 times.
