All the decoration of the hotel is amazing!! The outside with the pool is very beautiful with the sea view! The door are like standard but comfortable! A big thank you to all the staff! Localisation is perfect : 7 minutes to the beach, to the center to the party!

Really nice room/apartment! Close to everything! Good cleaning every second day! Big rooms! My dad lived here 93 or 94 and was kicked out but I wasn’t 🤪, I will come back ❤️

Liked the spa, especially considering that it wasn't so warm in Mallorca, so we could use the indoor pool. The view from the room is beautiful. The staff was so special and friendly, felt really welcomed.

We had a wonderful week! The food at the breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The staff was really nice and friendly and always there to help. We spent most of our time at the beautiful beaches that are a short walk from the hotel. But we spent one afternoon by the pool, which was fun - especially the waterslides at the kids pool.

Hotel is very clean and friendly staffs, lots things to do for a day. The kids clubs was excellent and night entertainment was brilliant. Loved the swimming pools with sun bath. 2 heated pool for kids which is super need for April. Kids enjoy so much at this hotel. Half board is lots good choice food to eat. Highly recommend this hotel to all family come over palmanova. The location is easy to reach. And very safe arounding. 3 min walk to sanddy beach. Love it!

Morgunmaturinn var mjög góður, staðsetting frábær og að vera með íbðúð á jarðhæð 10metra frá sundlauginni var allgjör draumur. Frábært að geta verið í hótelgarðinum allan daginn á heimfaradeigi þótt að maður hefði farið úr herberginu kl.11 fínar sturtut og hægt að leigja handklæði fyrir 2€

Everything as expected. Good location. Dishes, toster, small fridge included. 24/7 mini shop. Air condition box is in the balcony, so in hot summer days it could be some additional noise sitting next to it 😉

Best hotels deliver excellence, literally..in general, a GREAT hotel team! The staff, certainly make the difference: friendly and efficient. Also, the infra structure of a new hotel, and their 4 restaurants with quality meals. Even the pool restaurant for example, I tasted a delicious Cesar salad (better than the one I had in a Four Seasons Hotel) and breakfast buffet with fresh smooth juices, etc… The place is perfect for a family holiday trip. The room has a spacious4 doors wardrobe, a high cabinet and plus a storage cabinet under the luggage rack. comfortable bed. Thank you Zafiro Palace Palmanova for your lovely and efficient hospitality.
