Best hotels deliver excellence, literally..in general, a GREAT hotel team! The staff, certainly make the difference: friendly and efficient. Also, the infra structure of a new hotel, and their 4 restaurants with quality meals. Even the pool restaurant for example, I tasted a delicious Cesar salad (better than the one I had in a Four Seasons Hotel) and breakfast buffet with fresh smooth juices, etc… The place is perfect for a family holiday trip. The room has a spacious4 doors wardrobe, a high cabinet and plus a storage cabinet under the luggage rack. comfortable bed. We have stayed in this hotel before, when under different ownership (Alua). Each time we have found it to be first rate. The views, location and staff are all excellent. The food this time seemed much tastier than previous occasions. Lots of choice and variety, fresh and hot.

A place where you're welcomed. It's a small apartment hotel, so any of your doubts will be resolved the same day. Yes, the rooms would benefit from some renovation (like getting proper bathroom tiles on the walls or new mattresses in the bedroom). Still, if anything makes you uncomfortable, the staff is there to help you immediately, including the technician that lives in the same building and is available 24/7. The pool area is clean and spacious. I stayed with my 5-year-old, and it was a great time. I rate Martha's with 10, because 9 is not enough, and I hope it encourages them to get some renovation in this winter :)
