Perfect check in, receptionist could speak English and Italian and made everything easy! Very kind and professional. The place is at 10 minutes from the main square, 20 from the old bridge 20 minutes from train station. It is quiet and comfortable. Our personal taste about mattress too hard but the room was clean and tidy. The room had a little kitchen, dishwasher and fridge, you will also find kettle, coffee and tea. TV and a table makes everything ideal for those who want to cook something maybe bought from the Hall market (don't miss it!)

We had a lovely 3 night stay here. The rooms are new, large, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette has basic utensils, sufficient to prepare meals. Wifi was good. Close to train station. Easy to walk to the old town and canal du midi. Close to shopping centre and supermarket. Check in was exactly as described. We checked in on a Saturday, the reception is not manned on weekends. Highly recommended
