Everything was pretty much perfect. It was a very short stay, but if I had it for longer, I would have cooked as there were main things you need for that. Everything is nice arranged. My room had a view to the town. Location is perfect - literally not even 5mins to the main shopping center and then the rest is just walking distance also. Staff was very nice and kind, I could leave my luggage there until the room was prelared for my stay.

Friendly helpful staff at reception who looked after our luggage before check-in and after check-out. They were on hand to help with a plug adaptor too. The flat has great facilities, plenty of space to chill and relax with fantastic views across the city. Separate bathrooms and toilets for each bedroom are a bonus. I've been before and I'll be back again.

A great location near the New Street train station with stunning views from windows on the beautiful St. Martins church and the Bullring as well as the Rotunda. A very comfortable, excellent bathroom & shower with a wide sink. The beds and sofa bed are remarkable. Very polite staff that got everything done quickly. The kitchenette, fridge and appliances have perfectly suited our needs! We will definitely stay again in this Adagio aparthotel!
