We spent two night at this apartment and it was perfect for us. Spacious, well equipped kitchenette, all looks new. We used the washing machine and the dryer as we were exactly in the middle of our 2 weeks trip. It is located very close to the center, about 400 meters.

Iceland
We were on 3rd floor. It was very quiet and nice. The property is in within a 15 minute walk from the center - close to local grocery stores, Krónan, Hagkaup and Bónus and the local "shopping mall" Glerártorg. Extremely helpful and resourceful host Einar, who for for example shipped a new TV remote by airplane within the day when the remote broke down. Very clean and newly furnished apartment, great for our family of 4, with kids aged 11 and 14. We did not try the hot tubs. We highly recommend this apartment.

Check in using the digital locks was really easy, I prefer this to keys or cards. The apartment was pretty well setup for self catering. It is very close to the downtown area. We got a parking place each time, but it was often the last place available. The nearest decent supermarkets are a bit of a drive away. The apartments communicate well about how things work.

Truly a gorgeous surprise in the midst of a holiday. Zero contact check-in and check-out is a nice touch. Two barbecues (gas and charcoal) are downright luxury. The cottage is comfortable, warm, and cosy. Beautiful details and a home-like atmosphere. Could easily stay a couple of weeks.
