Letizia was very kind, and she offered very useful advice for transport, and local restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and quiet. The bus stop was 1 min away, and there are very good shops nearby (walking distance). The parking is large and safe. It is a perfect place to stay when traveling to Venice.

Comfortable, very clean apartment equipped with everything what you need. Good location, close to supermarket and bakery. Tram station is within few minutes from apartment. Safe building with entry code. Host was very kind and helpful, answering to all our questions.

Exceptional apartment. Basically an Airbnb without the excessive fees. Roomy with balcony and some kitchen appliances. Sofa bed, small refrigerator, and washer were a plus. Venice is a short train ride. Train station is 8 blocks away.

We were both pleasantly surprised. It was better than we expected. It was very very clean. Staff was very kind and happy. This is a good sign that things are well organised in the hotel. Staff was also very caring and helpful. Breakfast was very cute and delicious. Location was great. You can easily come to Venice and at the same time you sleep in calmer area. One night we had dinner in Mestre center, walking distance from hotel. And it was amazing. Very delicious and low price. Becuase it was a restaurants where local go and its not a “turist” trap. We will definetley return. I really recomend staying here.

Nicely located in a corn field. Less than 10 mints walk to the Mestre Ospedale train station. We traveled with our dog and everyone was very pet-friendly. There is also a restaurant on site next to the pool which serves amazing food, you will just need a reservation beforehand.
