A short walk to the centre of town but really convenient for the early departure we had the next morning. The property comes with a shared kitchen which meant it was nice to have somewhere else to sit and have a coffee or if you wanted to do self catering. There were discounts at participating restaurants and free drinks in the minibar which was very thoughtful and the staff member we met was very friendly and helpful.

The fridge and freezer are huge and there is a good range of equipment, rings, microwave etc which makes self catering highly viable. Everything is in good condition and well presented. If you are using Pisa Centrale station to explore the area, the location is very good as it is only a few minutes walk. Pisa town and the tower are a longer walk.

Loved the access to the peaceful central courtyard/garden to relax at end of busy sightseeing day. Clean and really well equipped with small items to help self catering. Great central location close to main sights and places to eat. Host Simona was brilliant with lots of information from point of booking and during our stay - much appreciated. Would definitely recommend to others as a great place to stay.

Very clean property, air con worked well and bed really comfortable. wasn’t aware that there is a shared living room and kitchen area so didn’t use these facilities but for longer stays would be useful for self catering. plenty of local restaurants around the area but special mention to Osteria La Toscana - food excellent and staff super friendly - they even very kindly booked a taxi for us to take us to the airport.
