Beautiful room with a superb location directly on the water on a pedestrian-only suite. We stayed in a deluxe double room which had plenty of space. It is really a large studio apartment beautifully decorated and comfortable. A huge thanks to Alessandro who always went above and beyond. We arrived in a monsoon and without his help things would have been so much more complicated and wet! Breakfast is delivered to the room which was a cute touch and the fridge was stocked with milk, wine, water and juice. The location was perfect for exploring all of Ortigia. Would definitely stay again.

We were a married couple traveling with a single friend. The apartment with terrace was perfect for us. Downstairs is a kitchen, dining area and a small sofa with one bedroom and one bathroom. Upstairs is a second bedroom and bathroom plus terrace. Both floors have small balconies as well. The separate bedrooms and baths gave plenty of privacy to all. The apartment was modern and clean and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, close to parking, the market, downtown, etc. Friendly staff at check in.

The villa was very spacious with lots of outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the view. We had a few perfect days and could swim off the villa platform. It was the perfect set up for a family and fully equipped for self-catering. A car is required for the 10min drive to Siracusa town centre or for exploring further. Check in and out was easy and parking is right in front.

The place was truly magical, an architectural gem in the old town that takes you back in time and allows you to enjoy not only the historical town but also the house itself. A massive three store house with two terraces covered in paintings and breathing with history provides an actual italian home-like atmosphere. All amazing. Nothing bad to say
