The location was ideal, in the old town of Trapani. We could walk everywhere, even to the beach to go swimming. It was in a pedestrian zone so there were no loud and smelly cars. The apartment was beautiful and extremely modern. A real contrast with the old city outside. I only wished we had stayed longer.

The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Actually the apartment is equipped with everything that you need - cooking stuff, iron, dryer, basic breakfast food, coffee, tea, etc. Also good quality WiFi connection. We had an amazing sea view with beautiful sunsets that we could watch from our balcony. The beach is just by the apartment. We had good contact with the host, also he gave us some great advice on what to do and what to see around. Also we've received Sicilian welcome wine on arriving.

The 3 members of staff that we dealt with ( Delia,Shahien and Martina ), were friendly ,helpful and professional and gave us some good recommendations of things to do and places to visit. The location was central and modern, with a great rooftop bar with a pool. Breakfast was on the rooftop with a partial lovely view of the sea and Trapani.

I fully recommend Case Vacanze 'Residenze Trapanesi. Nadia is an exceptional host. The day after we booked she sent me a whats app message asking if we need to ask any questions. She answered all the questions asked. Very fluent in english language. We had a delayed flight and from where we booked our car the office closed and she helped us find a taxi at that late hour. We arrived at the residence at 3.15am and we found her there waiting for us. She checked on us everyday if we needed anything. Cleanliness top notch and very comfortable apartment. Few minutes walking from the commercial centre, the old town and the very close to the sea. Parking wasn't a problem. I have to be honest that i was a little bit skeptical for renting an apartment since we always went to hotels but the experience we had at Case Vacanze 'Residenze Trapanesi' changed my opinion. Well done to Nadia and all involved for making our holiday a one to remember positively.

Perfect location, very quiet, lovely street and entrance, and cute apartment with windows looking onto the courtyard and terraces. Great communication from the host and easy self check-in. Good wifi - I had to take a long video meeting while there and the connection was great. The ceiling height is no problem, just check that you are shorter than the stated height in the description and you'll be fine.

Parking is in the inner yard. The aparthotel is fenced and the gates are locked, so it feels safe. The apartment was clean, double bed was comfortable. The hotel administration was quick to respond to messages if there were any questions. Good video instructions for check-in. Sea is in-front, and to go on foot it takes about 3 min.
