Location is great. 5 minutes walk to train or bus station. 2 minutes away from the vaperetto station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave quick tips on places to visit, restaurants and public transport. Breakfast was great. Starting the day with omelet, ham, cheese and fresh bread is a big plus. The room was clean and same as described. They provided baby crib 10 minutes after check in. We were always welcomed, they even prepared a breakfast box for us before we checked out as our flight was early in the morning. Overall it was a very satisfied price/performance. Definitely recommended.

The bathroom is a good size and the water pressure for the shower is great. The location is good, around half an hour walk to the main attractions. Plenty of things around the hotel - restaurants and shops, gondolas and bars. The host was lovely, everything was really quick and easy, good response times from the host and couldn’t do enough for you!

The two bedrooms are extremely comfortable and you could quickly find it a home from home. Its location is excellent, just a few hundred metres from San Marco and the lagoon. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by making it ideal for a stay in Venice.

It is super clean and comfortable and is decorated to a very high standard; exactly like the photos. Everything that you could need for self-catering (if desired) is provided. There are steps up to the apartment, but only 2 floors, so it is easliy managed. The very friendly host kept in touch throughout our stay. We can't imagine staying anywhere else in Venice.

I travelled with a group of 4 friends and booked a 2 bed room apartment hotel. It looked like a president suite but with hotel apartment pricing. Worth staying.
