The view from the terrace is astonishing. The best you could wish for! Perfectly located distantly from the tourists mess of the north side of the island. We rented two bikes and in 10 minutes we could easily reach Playa Norte and Punta Sur. There are few restaurants with fair prices in the area but we really recommend Mango Cafe, located just in front of the building. Falling asleep with the sound of the waves has no price! 100% recommended. :) Small tip - the hotel entrance is on the right to the Church's entrance⛪->🏩

Excellent attention from owner and staff. We had a little delay getting the keys since we couldn’t confirm our arrival time, but we comfortably waited next door in a great restaurant while owner was communicating with us. Apartment was clean, quiet, we had a magnificent view to a lagoon, air conditioning, WiFi and TV worked. The kitchen is a great deal when you travel with kids. Shower and bathroom in general were very nice. I particularly liked the location which is not downtown but still close to everything. There’s a supermarket nearby, pharmacies and public transportation. We will definitely go back. Thank you!

The apartment was great, the rooms were nice and big with nice ensuites. The lounge was large with a TV with access to netflix, Disney etc. The view was great and the kitchen had facilities for whatever you needed.

The room and overall facility was far better than we expected. Photos from the website were great, but in person the place really comes together as a well appointed, nicely scaled tropical paradise. The room had everything you need for a comfortable base to start and end a day on the beach or experiencing the many day trips available. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom huge. The small counter area was great for enjoying a snack or re-heating leftovers from wherever you may have ordered too much fantastic food from. Having a refrigerator with freezer was great just to keep food, drinks, and ice on hand in the room. The use of water and plantings in the outdoor areas made our outdoor patio, the eating area deck, lounge areas and their small private beach feel like a hidden oasis. Being located on one of the main roads on the island, traffic was never a noise issue, nor did we ever feel unsafe while on the island. Julian at the desk was such a great help with local advice and arranging transportation whether by taxi or renting a golf cart. He graciously took us by our golf cart to the ferry for an excursion to Chichen Itza, and returned it to the rental agency for us. We bought the continental breakfast package with our room, which was a filling meal to start the day with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal or granola, coffee and toast. Our server Christian was a friendly face every morning, providing local tips, answering questions, and extending the unforgettable hospitality everyone shared with us while there. The staff's English language was exceptional, and I felt bad that my lack of Spanish language skill was so evident that I couldn't politely reciprocate a simple gracious courtesy in the home language. This is truly a wonderful place to stay. A real value.
