The staff were so warm and welcoming. We got really delayed on arrival and they waited until the early hours of the morning and were so pleasant and helpful about it. My daughter and I stayed at Parador Santo Domingo for 5 days while we explored Oaxaca and we had a fantastic time. Location was walking distance to the places we wanted to visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, the pool was great to cool off after a day of sightseeing. The best part was that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably clean. Our housekeeper Gloria helped us with everything we needed and gave us good information about places to go in Oaxaca. I definitely recommend!!!

It had a nice, homely atmosphere. It was 10 minutes walking distance from the Zocalo. Around the area, there was a Lil Caesars, a Chinese food place, and a couple a markets to buy food supplies. Oh, and the 3rd floor balcony was large with seating to just enjoy the grand city view. The staff was really nice and accommodating to our stay.
