Our stay at La Isabela Suites was fantastic. Even before we arrived, Andres was very helpful and responded to all our questions quickly and in depth. We arrived on an early flight so we were able to leave our bags at the main hotel while we went for breakfast and explored the city. Our room was located in a nearby square and Andres drove us there with our bags. The suite was more we had expected and very comfortable, with a great balcony overlooking the square. Andres had warned us it might be noisy and I'm a light sleeper so had been prepared for disturbed sleep, but the doors and windows kept out most of the noise and I was surprised that it didn't bother me at all and I slept well. Andres had arranged for a bird guide to take us out and we would also highly recommend our guide, Domi, who was extremely knowledgeable and we had 2 great days with him. We would definitely return to La Isabela Suites.

It was a wonderful experience! We liked everything: the location (it’s central, but it’s very quiet), good variety of breakfast and the staff is really friendly and helpful (especially Ana). They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect! The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, with warm shower and great AC. Plus a nice relaxing atmosphere. It was easy to check in and out, with clear instructions sent via WhatsApp, including extra videos. Nice keypad door system, so no keys are needed. There are restaurants, coffee shops, mini markets nearby. It’s such great value for money, especially since the breakfast was included! Best customer service ever! I highly recommend staying here if you are travelling to Panama City!

We loved the location, the cleanliness, the staff. The host was very helpful and everything was nice in the rooms. Location is really good, there is a bar and a supermarket near and also the bus station.
