Lovely staff in the morning. The lady gave me lots of advice about getting around (Friday is a free bus day in Cluj!). I could leave my bags in the office after check out. The mall is right across the street. It was a super clean room with a coffee maker set.

Self check-in was smooth based on the instructions sent by the host via message. I didn't have the chance to use the common kitchen as I stayed only one night. It is a a good alternative for the classic hotels
