I had a very short stay with the family, catching an early morning flight the next day, so had very little time in the apartment and Nis. But it was all there, a clean and comfortable space, great location to the center of Nis, a parking space in an underground garage and nice helpful hosts.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is very modern and the furniture looks amazing, the bed is extremely comfortable and so is the living room furniture. The apartment has one bedroom with a bed and a living room with 2 sofas and an armchair, and one of the sofas is extensible and the host also offers extra sheets, it is perfect for a family of 5. The bathroom is clean and modernly decorated and it was stocked with everything that was needed (towels, bathroom supplies, hairdryer etc.) The ambient lights were also very nice. The apartment is situated in the central part of Nis with easy access to lots of restaurants and markets. The host was really nice and understanding, he gave us the chance to leave as soon as we wanted as we were not dependent on him at all. When we arrived I called him and he came really fast to give us the key, because the property is not a hotel, the host comes whenever the guest needs. As a summary, the property is worth every euro and we had a great experience here.
