Due to circumstances, i was not able to fly to Kyiv due to the escalating tensions, however I spoke to Elena so that my partner could stay in apartment. Elena arranged everything and took care of my partner ... and she said the apartment and service were superb. My dealings with Elena were professional and friendly and couldn't compliment her enough ... fantastic 10/10
