The room was amazing! Total oasis from the buzz of the city and truly great facilities. Serviced daily like hotel, yet apartment style to have freedom. Good location. Night staff very helpful and friendly. Day staff less so.

The staff was very friendly, especially Alina at the front desk. The apartment we stayed at, suited our need very well. They had an additional kitchen in the common area where we were able to cook our meals comfortably.

A Sonder Battery Park tökéletes szállás a város felfedezéséhez. A szálláshely saját applikációval rendelkezik, amely mindenre kiterjedő információt nyújt, mindig pontosan tudtuk, hogyan jutunk be, hogyan igazodunk el, hova tehetjük a szemetet. Abszolút nem volt szükségünk a személyzet segítségére, de ha lett volna, akkor is volt rá lehetőség, ugyanis 0/24 órában elérhető a recepció. Az üzenetekre mindig pár órán belül válaszoltak. A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló, Manhattan déli részének a felfedezéséhez, az első 3-4 napban tömegközelekedni sem szükséges. A One World Trade 10 perc séta, a komp a Szabadság szoborhoz 5. Több metróvonal is a szomszédságban van. A szállás mindennel felszerelt, abszolút alkalmas önellátásra, a bolt is 3 perc sétára van, ahogyan a Charging Bull is.

A great stay with you! Regular guest in New York, staying with you for the first time as my previous hotel had disappointed me. You surprised me all the more. A great concept, a more than spacious room compared to New York standards, with everything you need. No view, but quiet and no street noise - you have a great view in New York when you go out and experience the city. On the 7th floor there is not only the laundry but also all the utensils you need in the room for self-catering: dishwashing sponges, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, kitchen roll, tea, coffee, etc. Wow! The kitchen in the room is more than fully equipped, you can even find salt and pepper, washing-up liquid and dish towels. Via the app you have a digital key and access to the hotel and room and also per app 7/24 chat support with which you can, for example, request fresh towels at any time or, if you wish, room cleaning for a fee or get support on anything else. I will definitely be back and look forward to it. See you next year! P.s.: for all those who are a bit lost like I was in front of the possibly full luggage lockers (7th floor) on the day of departure - you can also leave your luggage at the reception and go on a last farewell walk through the city that never sleeps for a few hours. Amazing stag, thanks again!

I loved the location of the place. It's central to everything you need, and I wanted a place that had amenities like fridge, microwave, kettle, and iron. The staff was very polite and they availed all the information you need to know to make your stay comfortable.

You feel like home while being away. The studios are big enough for a solo person or a couple. You get everything you need in case you want to cook for yourself and there are a couple of grocery stores nearby to have everything needed. The bed is comfy. The location is walking distance to subway stations that can take you anywhere around NYC. I had a couple of inconveniences upon my arrival and the staff quickly answered through the chat in the app and they sorted that the following day. Yes, there’s a construction nearby but it didn’t bothered me at all. There’s a lot of privacy and again, you’ll feel like home.
